Michael is a diamond among a sea of cubic zirconias: While there are many realtors to choose from in Chicago, Michal is a true rarity. Michael helped us purchase a property from out of state, which was a first for us. While it might sound difficult to do, Michael is an extremely detail oriented person, which meant that working with him was seamless. He took videos of the properties and sent us follow up thoughts, all of which were spot on. We were able to trust his insights, which were crucial since we couldn’t be there in person (good eye on that mold and bowing wall in that one basement; you’re right, the other basement will be amazing when we finish it out!).
